HOW TO BUY BULK OR RETAIL?
Buying Bulk(Stock) or Retail on our site is so easy.The prices you see posted below items are all Bulk Prices.So in Order to get the bulk price on a item you need to order a minimum order quantity of 6 items (you may choose any 6 items across all collections Shoes | Accessories | Clothing
& get it at the bulk price(price underneath each & every item).
If you want to buy 1 item that will be sold at Retail Pricing which will be slightly more than the bulk pricing. Minimum order quantity for retail purchases is 1 item.
If you do not see the retail pricing in the Description of the product please Whatsapp us for that price.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not permit refunds therefore all sales are final no exceptions.
We try our utmost to give you the best service possible - If an error has been made on our side please inform us within the first 24hrs after your order has been delivered to you we will rectify our error by exchanging the item for the same amount or another item to the value of the original item. Any cost incurred for redelivery of our items will be held by the client.
Any damages done during transit of order Urban Bulk Trends SA cannot be held liable for any such damages.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?
Our aim is to always get your ordered items to you in a timely fashion & with our trusted courier service (The Courier Guy) we always get your order to you on time.
Processing & Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Business Days (Main Centres) we promise to have your items delivered to you with that time frame from the time you placed your order with us.
Please allow for an extra business day if your delivery area is situated in a Outlying Area.
Our Standard Nationwide Courier FEE:
R170 is our Standard Nationwide Courier Fee however this amount may change due to Length & Width & overall size of the ordered parcel so the amount may fluctuate once your parcel reaches the courier depot.
If any changes in courier pricing should happen you will be notified by us.
